About Me

Welcome! I’m Edyta, a Neurodivergent educator, trainer, and author with over 20 years of experience as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) specialist. I’m deeply passionate about supporting schools, organizations, and individuals in creating inclusive, neurodivergent-friendly environments where everyone can flourish.

I am the author of Autism in Mainstream Schools, a booklet widely distributed among educators in the Lambeth local authority. This resource has helped many professionals better understand how to support autistic students in mainstream settings. As an independent educator, I provide tailored training, advice, and resources to meet the unique needs of each individual and organization I work with, ensuring my solutions are both effective and practical.

My Approach

I firmly believe that every person’s differences are a source of strength. My approach is rooted in celebrating those differences and creating strategies that align with each individual’s strengths and needs. By fostering self-awareness in autistic and ADHD individuals, I help them see their neurodivergence as an advantage that can unlock unique opportunities and perspectives.

When working with groups, I aim to shift mindsets, encouraging participants to view neurodivergence through a positive and empathetic lens. Understanding how autistic and ADHD individuals experience the world is key to creating environments where they can thrive.

What I Offer

During my training sessions, I provide an in-depth understanding of autism and coexisting conditions, exploring the connections between communication, behavior, social differences, and sensory processing. I equip participants with practical, actionable strategies they can implement immediately in their classrooms or workplaces. These strategies include:

- Designing structured and predictable environments.

- Creating and utilizing visual timetables.

- Developing personalized social stories.

- Incorporating sensory breaks to meet individual needs.

- Differentiating the curriculum to accommodate diverse learners.

My sessions are interactive, encouraging participants to ask questions, share experiences, and leave with a clearer understanding of how to foster inclusion in both learning and social environments.

Let's Work Together

Whether you’re an educator looking to better support your students, a parent seeking guidance, or an organization aiming to improve inclusivity, I’m here to help. Together, we can create meaningful changes that positively impact the lives of neurodivergent individuals.

Let’s connect to discuss how I can support you in fostering a more inclusive and understanding environment. I look forward to working with you and making a real difference.

Warm regards,
